Complaints Procedure

Sandlings Primary School aims to resolve all complaints at the earliest possible stage and is dedicated to continuing to provide the highest quality of education possible throughout the procedure. It is always hoped that all stakeholders are happy with our school and the service it provides.

We would always encourage informal dialogue with our teaching staff in the first instance to resolve any issues, and conversations with the Head teacher in the second. Experience has shown that early conversations on an informal basis can satisfy the vast majority of issues should they arise.

In the unfortunate situation that these should be exhausted, we would direct stakeholders to the follow our School’s Complaints Policy.
